JIID envisions a society where citizens actively participate decision-making processes that would lead to sustainable development and growth.  A society where men and women, boys and girls, young and old, employed and unemployed citizens and person with disabilities can participate equally in their collective and individual development. Where the needs of each individual is as important as the need of the collective.
